I found a strange solace in this game. Though horrifying, I caught myself awrily standing in the main living quarters area, not doing anything but staring at that CRT screen with a dead pixel in the top right corner. At times, I didn't want the story to progress because it had meant losing whatever eerie peace I had found just standing there, in the slow moments before the realization of how horrible people can be, and how the best friends you have, can end up being the worst of people. It didn't take me long to finish the game, but god, do I wish I can go back and stare at that screen again.
